Check-in & check-out
In order present the Chalet at its best, the check -in will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure
General conditions
- The Chalet reservation is only considered valid after sending the deposit equal to half of the total agreed price.
- prices are for the entire chalet per night including midweek cleaning for up to 8 people
- Tourist tax of € 2,30 per person (14 years and above) and per night will be charged separately.
- Late arrivals and early departures will be equally counted
- Additional daily cleaning or upon request: 50.00 euro
- Arrival and departure day during high season: Saturday
- Midweek cleaning every Tuesday or Wednesday
- Smoking: please only smoke outside
Pets
Dogs are welcome at a daily fee of €20 and will find a large, gated garden where they can play and run. Cats are not allowed.
Cancel terms
- A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained entirely by the accommodation facility. The remaining amount will be paid directly at the facility.
- The total amount of the stay can also be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
- If the guest wishes to cancel all or part of the reservation, or if the reservation is cancelled by Chalet La Varieté due to non-payment, then, the Chalet will be entitled to the following percentage of the rental cost:
- Between 15 to 8 days before check-in date: 80%
- Less than 7 days before the check-in date: 100%
- To avoid travel cancellation fees, we recommend travel cancellation insurance or Assicurazione Viaggi Mondo - Europ Assistance
